Although it is exceedingly unusual, the return and refund policy of ABC Limited includes information concerning the potential situations in which a customer feels compelled to return the supplied product and/or obtain a refund.

Here, we fully state the reasons for accepting or rejecting your requests. Please read on to prevent any misconceptions.

We often accept product returns if the following circumstances seem real and are established to be accurate:

  1. The item was discovered to be damaged or to have leaked
  2. The product’s amount, size, number, or name were inaccurate.
  3. The item’s expiration date was discovered to be either close to or already past and it cannot be utilised any longer.

Please take note that these must be discovered as soon as the package is opened; else, they are invalid. If it was in perfect condition when it was delivered and you still decide against it, we will not consider your complaint. In addition, the complaint must be made as soon as the goods arrives; otherwise, we cannot handle the problem. We won’t be able to pinpoint the problem if the delivered product has been modified in any way.

If the outcome of our investigation is in your favour, your account will be credited with the price that was charged at the time of your order. The handling and shipping fees you incurred when returning the goods to us are not refunded by us. Only after you have received absolutely nothing at your address will full payment be considered.
